Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Your order is delivered in 3 days from the time you place it. Please enter your full address and pincode correctly, and keep your phone with you, as we may call to confirm or to help with delivery.
Refund and cancellation
Joya Amla Chunda is a food product, so we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations after payment is made. Please check your size, quantity and address before you pay. If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, or is not what you ordered, email or call us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or help resolve it. If your order is not delivered, contact us and we will look into it.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not see or store your card or UPI details. To have your details deleted, email us.
Terms of sale
